Yep, and probably the best piece of acting Angelina Jolie has ever performed. Other than the psychopathic killer the principal villain is a police captain portrayed by Jeffrey Donovan (Burn Notice). Between this and L.A. Confidential the LAPD has gotten more than its share of cinematic black eyes.
