I saw a discussion on Fox this morning with the Anthonys' lawyer. There is the distinct possibility that we will now see litigation gone mad. The Anthonys and Casey will sue each other for wrongful death of Caylee. They'll all sue the prosecutur. The jury will sue the legal pundits. Baby Daddys will come out of the woodwork and sue Casey.

And on and on it will go.

One thing I read this morning that cheered me up- Jose Baez has now been dropped by the PR firm that had agreed to represent him. It seems they took a good look at the lay of the land and decided this guy wasn’t worth the price they’d pay.

Wow- I hadn’t heard the interview Juror #3 had done with George Stephanopolous on ABC- she says several extraordinary things- one of which being -the death penalty.

I don’t know how- but it seems at least from what we’re learning in this case that jury instructions may need some refining.
