Proved what? Was it murder or an accident? Even the prosecutor in an interview after the trial admitted that they didn’t know if it was a murder or an accident that was covered up. If they didn’t know how can you?
You saw (circumstantial or otherwise) evidence of an accident? Being missing for 31 days (forever if not confronted) sounds like an accident to you? Stuffed in plastic bags with duct tape around her mouth sounds like an accident to you? Tossed in a swamp like a big wild animal chew toy sounds like an accident you?
