It’s amazing to me that no one can quote or show testimony that in fact it was murder rather then an accident. Even the prosecutor said in an interview afterwards that they could not show that it was one or the other. They call us morons but can’t prove murder or accident but want to convict of murder. It’s preposterous.

Again.. is it not a crime to not report a death and move the body to conceal said death? Answer why don’t you.

You, the Hippie, the VT Lt. and those jurors are what I call professionally stupid. What a collection of misfits.

Why would an accident victim be wrapped in plastic bags and a laundry bag and then thrown into a swamp? Can you answer THAT question?????

1. No accident results in duct tape covering the mouth and nose of a toddler.

2. No accident results in 31 day delay notifying emergency services.

3. No accident results in a body wrapped in two black garbage bags inside of a laundry bag.

3. No accident results in a body decomposing in the trunk of a car.

Yup.

the hysteria of ‘those that know” reminds me of the illogic and hysteria of Libs.

If someone staggered up to you on the street, smelled of liquor and had slurred speech, you could easily infer they were drunk. No blood test, you could infer this.

A child is dead, last seen with the mother, decomp found in her car, child thrown away in items from her home, instead of calling to alert police to an accident she hides it for a month, and only tells then because she has to. Further yet, she never shows one ounce of fear, or pain, or concern during that time. when given the chance to tell it was an accident she lies to the extent that this becomes a national story. That is why this became so well known - not because a child was missing, that happens all the time it was her actions afterwards. No one could believe any mother anywhere could continue lie after lie after lie.

The only reason she got off is because the body wasn't found in time to determine if she chloroformed the baby, broke her neck, as she investigated ways to do on her computer, or if she died by accident.

There is no doubt she was last seen with her mother then was dead and no explanation in between. Any adult with sense could put those things together without a video proving it

Maybe you could educate the rest of us how the duct tape got on her mouth and nose by accident?
