Today is the day she may walk free. Prepare yourselves.

Call me Pollyanna, but the Judge did give FingerBoy 6 days. Hopefully he has scoured the law so she can cool her heels a little longer.

juror 3 stated,”If you don’t know what the crime is you can’t convict”

They bought the lie of Baez. In Florida and in most states this is not true. You do not have to know the cause of death is to convict of Murder 1.

I have an ex school mate who is an Asst States Attorney. He also claims this is the case. So, I assumed he didn’t know the law in Florida and he was talking about his practicing state of Maryland.

After research, I found out that he was incorrect, a practicing Asst. States Atty....even in liberal Maryland you do not have to prove cause of death to convict of murder.

Shocking.

Thx! Boy, if the cops didn’t get a look at those computers...Then again, thanks to the defense ‘s jury consultants, the prosecution could’ve had an eyewitness and the jury wouldn’t have believed the witness. And I hope someone takes a good, hard look at the use of jury consultants by either side.

No, I didn’t see the body language expert on TV today so thanks for filling me in. I never believed Chrystal either. Like Casey, Chrystal was incapable of producing any real tears despite all her sobbing and snorting. That was the first thing that clued me in with Susan Smith, too, the crying without any actual tears.

They said that Casey was the type that latched on and was possessive. This Tony she claimed she was in love with. They said that for Tony it wasn't love and he told Casey that after he was done with school he was heading back to New York. Tony always thought Caylee was a cute little kid but he also didn't think a college guy apartment was the place for a little kid.

A couple of things about Tony. I heard he wouldn't give Casey a key to his apartment because he didn't want her there when he wasn't home. I have no problem with this except for questioning why is he sleeping with someone he doesn't trust at all?

Also, if he had issues with dating someone with a child to the point where the child wasn't welcome in his apartment...even if there were some sort of emergency, then he had no business "dating" that person. There are plenty of lax or even loose women around if he's just looking for a casual sex partner. He knew she had a little girl and he could have just passed Casey up. It's not like he was in love with her or anything. Tony may have played some part in her motivation to rid herself of Caylee.

The possessive thing Tony's room mates talked about is something Dr. Glass mentioned about Casey WRT Jose Baez. If you look at the footage of the 2 of them that HLN has been playing all day it seems likely that Jose will be the "new" Tony in Casey's life. If so, the joke would be on him.

This lady mentioned that every sentence Chrystal said her voice went up at the end. She was trying too hard to be believed. People bought it if they were one to believe the content rather than the way it was delivered.

I thought the lady looked more as though she had a thing for George and made it so in her own mind.

Truth is George may have mused that he wanted it to be an accident that spun out of control.

The idea here with this piece of work was to make people doubt George and his testimony because he was a cheater on his wife.

Looks like it worked for this dumb jury.

Of course, you don’t have to know the cause of death to convict for murder. Many a murder conviction has been handed down when NO body was ever even found.

That’s a beautiful song! I bet Casey will really get steamed when she finds out the world is in love with sweet little Caylee and not with her.

Those guys said he didn’t mind Caylee around during the day. He just didn’t think it was a good place for a little kid. I understand that. I am not saying this Tony is a saint. He is a young guy and Casey was giving him what he wanted.

I do believe that maybe a kook like Casey may have seen his opinion of Caylee living there as a hinderance to her future plans with Tony. Remember, she and Cindy were on the outs. Casey needed a place to stay. Casey comes first in Casey’s mind.

Perhaps all the wrong things came together at the right time and poor Caylee ended up in the swamp.

I didn’t notice any thing with Baez. Ugh, but it also would not surprise me.

The problem here is that both Chrystal and George are known to be liars. George’s first wife talked with Dr. Drew and she said a lot of positive things about George but she did say that he had “a problem telling the truth” and this was even before he hooked up with Cindy.

We know Chrystal said one thing to investigators about her relationship with George and another thing to the Enquirer only days later. I believe they had some sort of relationship. I don’t believe it was sexual or a love relationship. George may have confided things about his situation to her. But I don’t think he gave her details simply because the Anthony’s never do that with outsiders. It’s part of their weird family code.

I honestly believe that someone else fed Chrystal the “accident that snowballed” line. I don’t know who...maybe Jose suggested it to her. I do believe that Chrystal was eager to testify and get her 15 minutes of fame and the entire time she was on the stand and in the media she sounded just like a woman scorned. I think George rebuffed her offer to sleep with her. It happens. Not all men accept every offer from every woman for sex. Even beautiful women get turned down sometimes so it isn’t hard for me to believe that George passed on her offer and she took it hard. Lots of women do.

Good God, I just listened to that bodyguard. Casey is 100% guilty. That person she described is cold as ice.

Amazing, isn’t? I am blown away. She believes George as does the EquiSearch guy and George’s ex cop friend from Ohio.

She should have testified; but maybe could not.

She.....on Dr. Phil’s show......you should try to catch it on HLN if it replays....she spent several days with Casey...even sharing her bedroom with her. Unbelievable.

That defense team knows damn well Casey murdered that little girl. That is why they are saying they will look after her for awhile.

This jury really screwed the pooch.

Yes, and look at what she said. Do you think Casey is only nice to people as a way of how do I say this take the negative off of her? Only way I can think of saying it.
