You need an I.T. help desk for that, and unfortunately it will cost you a lot of money.

If you want to control an employees time on the web say via a Router....., then you can adjust times, block certain pages, etc...

However, if you are just “monitor” their time, then there is really no cheap way to do it. Good luck!

We used a Classroom monitoring software in our Computer
labs called VISIONS...it allowed monitoring of all terminals,
I think they have a free trial version..Here’s their website

If I understand your post correctly, you’re asking to show the current authenticated users to the Active Directory.

If correct, on a Win2K3 server (I think 2K8 is similar);

Start > Computer Manaagement > Shared Folders > Sessions

Will show you username, computer name, OS, open files, connection time, idle time.
