Duct tape over a child’s nose and mouth is absolutely a murder weapon!
Duct tape was apparently found on a skull, where do you get mouth and nose? There was no mouth and nose because of decomposition. The crime scene / swamp scene was handled so poorly that there was more than a reasonable doubt that there was even duct tape attached to the skull.
