Personally, I thought no way the state presented enough evidence to convict for capital murder one, but I thought as probably many people did they would convict her of a lesser charge
Same here. I never thought she’d get the death penalty but I never dreamed she’d get a Get Out Of Prison FREE card. “Jurors” take themselves too seriously. The majority of them are buffoons. They’ll never get me on a “jury” again. I don’t see myself as “caped crusader” as a buffoon on a California jury once claimed.
