I got one for you.... I have heard of this, but this is the first time I have personally witnessed it.... I am in line at the gas station yesterday to grab some smokes and pop, and a woman is in line in front of me with a cute little girl...she has 2 mountain dews, a slushie for the kid and some candy bars for the kid...she whips out her bridge card ( debit card for food stamps here in michigan ) and pays for the goodies. Now, I am willing to pay for the candy for the kid if the card does not work, because every now and then a kid needs a treat. No, the card works and pays for it all.... I think nothing more of it, move up and pay for my stuff...as I exit the store, there is the welfare lady getting behind the drivers wheel of a BRAND NEW CADILLAC...I cannot afford a brand new anything, and both myself and my wife work!!!!

You’ve brought up my Achilles heel in all this: I’ve paid so much in taxes “without representation” that if I could get food stamps, welfare, or anything else I’d happily take it and consider it a repayment of taxes incorrectly charged.

I think a lot of us feel that way. And if enough do it, our country will go down even faster.
