At least so far. Unless it devolves into freetrade propaganda...

I just saw a commercial for Personal Injury Trial Lawyers!

Isn’t television just the most AWESOMEST?

Currently covering a hat manufacturer. An American hat manufacturer.

Closed their factory in Alabama.

Millions of hats now made in China.

The Chinese factory rep says the company does not allow her to speak about it...

Shameful.

Currently covering Mao.

You really prefer to stick your head in the sand.

I prefer not to post threads about whatever I happen to be watching on television.

There’s a difference.

I’m not posting about whatever is on television.

I’m posting about America’s largest and growing geo-strategic threat.

Maybe you can talk about something you consider important.

The Casey Anthony trial for example? America is losing our country and our future to China.

Nothing is more important right now to America. Nothing is more stubbornly AVOIDED as a topic of real discussion.

We did not ignore the USSR.

If we had, history would be much different.

I’m not posting about whatever is on television.

No, of course not. You just pulled the following out of your head:

CNBC is currently running a pretty good expose on China

Thus we have a thread with no link to anything and only the
fact that you saw something on TV as a basis of discourse.

Sorry, but that's pretty lame.

Actually it is on right now.

I was hoping some FReepers might find it informative.

So we can discuss the topic. Intelligently.

Perhaps even learn how to help our country.

Unless it devolves into freetrade propaganda...

Don't worry. You're not likely to see any propaganda about freedom on CNBC.

You really don’t want to think about China.

Do you?

Pretend the world’s next superpower - our next rival nation, doesn’t even exist.

Actually it is on right now.

Without a live link to it, that's rather unhelpful isn't it?

I was hoping some FReepers might find it informative.

Well, we were all informed that you were watching television.
I guess that's a "win".

So we can discuss the topic. Intelligently.

Given the information provided, the topic is that you watch television.
Is there a specific aspect of that you wish to discuss?

Perhaps even learn how to help our country.

I sincerely hope that your watching television helps the country.

Dude.

It’s on CNBC.

You do have a television? Yes?

You didn’t happen to see the Cadillac sponsored commercial celebrating the 90th anniversary of the Communist Party in China did ya? It’s good to know our bail out money went to such a great cause!

It’s on CNBC.

And you're trying to make that fact work on the internet.

You do have a television? Yes?

You do know how to post a link, yes?

It's nice that you saw something on the television.

It’s still running.

A moment ago, explaining GM has handed all their technology to China, and speculating Boeing will be next.

Open your eyes and stop your knee-jerk closed minded nonsense.

If we do not wake up, China will destroy America.

stop your knee-jerk closed minded nonsense.

Yeah, it's nonsense to point out that you refer to something you viewed on TV without providing any link to it.

We should all just know what you are looking at and react accordingly.

It’s still running.

Try Imodium and also it might be good if you got some facts together before posting a thread.

Saying "I saw it on TV" is a bit lame, you know.

If we do not progress beyond the mentality you so represent, America is well and truly scr*wed.

You really don’t get it. And you really don’t want to.

Do you?
