Mason said defense lawyer Jose Baez asked him to join the defense team and he agreed, saying it will be “fun.” WFTV asked him if he’s a “game changer.”
“I don’t know. I guess when a jury says ‘not guilty’ we’ll find out,” he replied. “This case is going to be fun to try, and we will walk out of here with Casey in arm. Stand by.”

That comment by Mason is ringing a bell. I guess I did hear it the first time around.
Can you even imagine if Casey went free (shudder). She would be a total pariah. What a life.

WOW. Is anyone watching that guy from Texas Equisearch on HLN right now being interviewed? He said when they were doing the search by the Anthony home (fall of 2008?), George went to the bedroom and dragged Casey out and brought her over to the kitchen table where a search map was spread out.
George grabbed a pen, thrust it at Casey, and said, "HERE. Now show us where the damn spot is so we can search!" It caused a big blow up between him, Casey, and Cindy.
The Texas guy said right then and there he knew the Anthonys KNEW the baby was dead, they just wanted to know where her body was.
