Meanwhile I’m back to worrying about # 4 again. While I’m not 100% convinced these body language people are accurate I always pay attention to what they posit. Sounds as though #4 nodded her head in a - “See? It WAS an accident” kind of look when we saw the pics of Cindy and Caylee at the pool.

At least we know this much: BL lady said during Ashton's first rebuttal, everyone EXCEPT Juror #5 was watching his presentation. And even #5 WAS taking notes, she just wouldn't look up at him.

So that narrows it down a bit. Hopefully we'll have a Henry Fonda foreman who can help them to see the light.
BTW, of the reporters commented that they thought maybe the foreman was a teacher. Is there a teacher on that jury?
