JUROR #4: Black woman, 50's, no kids. Absolutely for the defense. Looks sympathetically at Casey and shakes her head as if she is thinking, "I know it was only an accident."
JUROR #9: White male, single, no kids. Gave up a family wedding to sit on the jury. Fastidious, appears to be a loner and an introvert. She says his "juror profile" scores him more for the defense than the prosecution.
JUROR #12: White female with 2 kids and 1 grandchild. In her 60's, maybe? Works as a cook at Publix (sp?). She scores as pretty much neutral, but leans prosecution. Adopted a child so Body Language lady says that shows she is very family-oriented, good for the State.
The expert believes, from her computer profiles, that the jury makeup is about 58% pro-prosecution.
