Jury selection is done by the attorneys before the trial in the voir dire. It’s not the judge’s place now to ask who thinks they can/can’t judge another.

This is a death penalty certified jury. They’ve already been asked all these questions. Apparently one who did get on said it’s up to God to judge. Each side is permitted only so many strikes from among the jury pool.

And that's number #2 Jurist...who also does not believe in the death penalty.

Number #4 Jurist... the prosecution tried to get off. But she does not know they tried to get her off as a jurist...

As I see it these two are the sticklers

Interesting is several Jurists do not have children.
