Hello truthkeeper....Yes, Judge Perry was exceptional in this case. No-nonesense and to the point. Even a softer side which which was apparent at various moments. Just very level headed ...and focused...I couldn’t imagine anything getting by him. IMO he’s been seeking the truth to come out throughout this trial.

I liked him a lot, too. He did go out of his way to be fair and was exceptionally mindful of the jury and the time this case was taking out of their lives. And I always sort of giggled when he told the jury to see if "the dessert lady" was there on break.

I liked him too - especially when he jumped out of his seat to yell at Baez and Ashton and tortured Finger Boy before having him hauled away to jail. I’ll never forget his “middle finger of affection” remark. Is that kid out yet?

What impressed me - and somewhat depressed me - was that after the blond prosecutor (I have trouble with her name)finished, he dispassionately ended the trial. He has obviously heard so many dreadful cases of murder and abuse, this one just rolled off his back. How people can do these jobs is beyond me!

While he obviously is annoyed with Ashton, I think he downright dislikes Baez.
