He’s on Fox right now, doing his best to discredit the prosecution. I’ve lost all respect for this man too. For a few years now, he’s been kind of strange. Wasn’t there some kind of scandal regarding his work a few years back?

Baden told Greta the other night that Dr. G could have proven drowning if she had tested the bone marrow for diatoms (1 cell algae that live in water...but I don’t know about chlorinated swimming pool water).

He said they could have gone into her bone marrow even after she died. How? Doesn’t your blood have to take things like that to organs? And how does your blood do that if you don’t have a heartbeat? I could not believe my ears.

I saw one case that featured diatoms as part of the solving of a murder on Forensic Files years ago. In that case the man had really drowned and they found the diatoms in his LUNGS. Baden was out and out lying.

Dr. Baden was a defense witness in Phil Spector’s murder trial. He was reportedly paid $250,000. Baden’s wife was legal co-counsel for Spector at the time.
