So you admit you didn’t watch the trial, you haven’t even read all the information regarding what was done, yet you think the State didn’t prove their case? Isn’t that kind of like saying I didn’t read the book but don’t think I will like it?
Far too many opining on what they think the result should be without knowing fact one about the case. Also many look at this with an obvious anti-prosecution bias based on their own life experiences.
No.
I said I was going back and reading the transcripts to get a sense of these things. I am saying what I would want to know if I was on the jury and am going back to the original transcripts to see if my questions are answered there.
Some of what I read may or may not have been entered into evidence. I am not on the jury so I am privy to information they may not have. They jury can only work with what they have.
But in the end, the opinion will be mine and not the opinion of the prosecutor or the defense attorney.
“”Isnt that kind of like saying I didnt read the book but dont think I will like it?””
It’s pretty much like saying you don’t watch FOX news but you don’t like them OR you don’t listen to Rush and you don’t like him either. People actually make those comments. I have some like that in my own family.
