If the judge can throw a kid in the slammer for 6 days for flipping the bird during the trial because it could effect the outcome by swaying the jury, then wtf? Cindy Anthony should certainly be charged with perjury. If the court is going to excuse a parent for perjury, then the rules should be changed, they should be under the same directives as a spouse not having to testify against their spouse. Since there is no such law, you can’t then go out and excuse the parent for perjuring themselves to save their child.
