No it isn’t. There was a dead woman and a deteriorated body, no cause of death. There was no video of Scott killing her, no admission of guilt. It was circumstantial evidence, which they have in this case as well. In fact, in the Peterson case, Lacy was able to leave on her own, drive somewhere that “could” have meant she was exposed to other dangers. This child wasn’t able to leave on her own - she was last seen with her Mother.

Good points about the similarities in the Peterson case, and I agree completely.

So do you think Scott Peterson is guilty or not?
