The letter is signed Dad/PapaJoe, but I am not so sure it is his handwriting. Cindy wrote that letter and all of the others signed Dad because it matches her handwriting. And later letters in same writing are signed Mom.

oh, that's even wierder. Why would she write a letter and attribute it to her husband?
