I just re-checked some testimony. Casey met Lazzaro "at the end of May," and yes, Caylee never spent the night at his apartment (with the 4 roommates).
Obviously Caylee was a real drag on her mother's romantice life, so after TWO WHOLE WEEKS Casey decided to take care of her little "problem."
If you recall, several friends, including Amy H were going to Puerto Rico for a few days and thought Casey was coming. In fact it might have been a home owned by Ricardo's family because Amy texted Casey about how incredible the house was! Casey led them to believe she was coming until the last minute but she really couldn't afford it. Even after they got down there she kept up the ruse that she might show up each night
I think she was angry she didn't have any money but as we know, she was unwilling to work
