Good Morning to all, and Happy Independence Day.
There are also sure to be courtroom fireworks as the State gives it rebuttal and the case is expected to be sent to the jury.
Court is starting early today at 8:30 a.m.
The countdown for justice for Caylee begins.
NOOOO I forget the baby’s name but the father (Larry??) lives in Louisville about 35 mile from me
Hi CAL! You aren't as confused as you think you are. LOL One of the inmates did recommend him to Casey and her family did want him dumped, but he is not court appointed. Since she has no source of income and no assets, she was declared indigent and the state is picking up the bill (I could be wrong on this, but I've heard it a few times).
Juror no #4 ...will be a problem as others have also stated..and #2..... both as far as the death penalty goes. It only takes one to throw the death penalty. So I have serious reservations the jury will bring that in.
Life will do just find guilty of murder 1
Perhaps juror#5 is planning to write her memoirs of the trial and thinks Jose Baez is nuts so she keeps making all those notes. If Baez has her snookered seems the other jurors can swing her back in line with a guilty verdict. She will have to withstand a lot....I am convinced that those who find Casey is guilty will not give it up. I wouldn’t.
Juror #5...not good news. That is the same one HLN was talking about as well that also said they didn’t like to “judge” people.
No- you picture all your violent and twisted fantasties about slitting throats. Leave me out of them.
Finding her guilty of first degree murder does NOT mean I would sentence her to death.
look what number post that is
You are a third year student in college - not an attorney. You probably weren’t even alive when the judge had the affair!
You think Scott Peterson is guilty?
You’re so right, Mom. I don’t give a fig whether she’s executed. I want her off the streets far away from babies and her family and friends. She can rot in jail and I hope she does.
I don’t blame you for not wanting to get the grief by putting it in Breaking News when a verdict is reached.
I predict Thursday afternoon..what do I know? LOL
May JUSTICE prevail for Caylee.
I’ve been watching reruns of the closings..Jeff closed the door and Linda locked it ..great rebuttals..Hope the jury agrees..
I never precict what a jury will do.
creepy!!
He who is without sin may cast the first stone
I personally love this judge
I have thought he was very fair too! Even in closing he told the jury not to assume he was leaning either direction.
last post not meant 4 u Why but the law student
I didn’t follow the case.
No problem!
