There are also sure to be courtroom fireworks as the State gives it rebuttal and the case is expected to be sent to the jury.

I think that FL Judge Silden (not sure that’s the exact name) is one of Geraldo’s panel on this trial’s coverage. If it’s the same guy you’re referring to, he has a very, very heavy NY accent?
He says Casey walks! Geraldo has ONE prosecutor on, the others are defense-oriented, including the former judge, tho at the end of the show one of his defense attorneys (a woman) said she thought it would be a guilty verdict with life.

I missed some of that testimony but heard there was confusion. But based on everything else I saw come from the State, I do not believe they would offer any evidence or testimony that wasn’t factual. They had everything laid out - it was just a ploy by baez to confuse and discredit

Linda Kenney Baden
A new member of Jose Baez’s defense team, Baden is a New York attorney who specializes in forensic evidence. Baden has been doing forensic work since the 1980s when she was in the prosecutor’s office in New Jersey. She is the wife of Dr. Michael M. Baden, a medical doctor and board-certified forensic pathologist, who is also the host of HBO’s Autopsy.
Baden has been involved in several high-profile cases, including the recent defense of music producer Phil Spector. Baden is also well known for her analysis in the controversial death of supermodel Anna Nicole Smith.

Casey is guilty. In the National Enquirer, July issue, says Casey is 4 weeks pregnant. Would the father be Baez?
Hopefully, Casey will be making $0.12/hour for the next 20 years when the gurney is finally ready. Not that I’m biased.
Don’t think Casey will walk but don’t think she wlll be sentenced to death either.
Kenney Baden also took a bow: “Remember that jail tape when she was in jail and the child missing was found, and the prosecution wanted to get it in? Remember that? Well, the judge, the prosecution today stipulated they’re not going to use that tape. That was a huge win. And I’m proud of that, because I wrote the brief on that.”
In October, Kenney Baden cited financial reasons for departing the case. Her travel and lodging expenses would not be covered because Anthony is indigent. Anthony is charged with first-degree murder in the death of her daughter, Caylee.
Kenney Baden bemoaned that Anthony “can’t see her parents at the jail” and called attention to Anthony’s tears at seeing her mother, Cindy, on Wednesday.
“We learned today for the first time, at least I learned, that these conversations at the jail are not taped unless the police request them to be taped and videoed,” Kenney Baden said. “And that’s the reason why she [Cindy Anthony] couldn’t see her daughter … this whole year and a half, because every time, it went out to the media, it was like parsing every word. We should be angry about that.”
Yes, the contrast couldn't be more stark. One mother wants to sit at her child's graveside, Casey throws hers in a swamp.

Don’t transfer your hatred for Cssey to the lawyers defending her as it is their job to do so.

That is not true. He has commented on more than forensics.
I would actually like to put it in Breaking News because it certainly IS. OTOH I'm not interested in a flood of scolds lecturing me about how it isn't news, blah, blah, blah...so I guess I will put it in General/Chat where I posted the other threads.
