There are also sure to be courtroom fireworks as the State gives it rebuttal and the case is expected to be sent to the jury.
Court is starting early today at 8:30 a.m.
The countdown for justice for Caylee begins.
I missed a lot of it, but there were some real chilling moments....I would be wanting to convict her already and go home.
the issue brought up at the end about the computer forensics......would that be enough to overturn a guilty verdict?

You should hear his jerk of a wife just now. she claimed the summation was a reversible error because the prosecution pointed out that it was a lie that Caylee drowned.
She (Linda Kenney Baden) even looks like a sleaze, IMO
Holy cow - I never connected her with Baden - I saw the name but her voice alone grates on me so much I can’t stand to watch her..... not sure how I let that slip though - thanks.

For ANYONE who is SINCERELY wrestling with pre-mediated, felony (child abuse) and aggravated manslaughter I’m posting the sentence that helped me to understand how she can be guilty of first-degree murder.
From the instructions to the jury from the Court:
“...The question of premeditation is a question of fact to be determined by you from the evidence. It will be sufficient proof of premeditation if the circumstances of the killing and the conduct of the accused convince you beyond a reasonable doubt of the existence of premeditation at the time of the killing...”
“the circumstances...and THE CONDUCT OF THE ACCUSED...”
The conduct of the accused in addition to the physical evidence has convinced me- beyond any and all reasonable doubt. I really wish we had more physical evidence, DNA, fingerprints fibers etc. But this is NOT CSI or NCIS or Law & Order. This is what we get. Could anyone listen to that phone call from jail in Drane-Burden’s summation this morning and not have serious doubt of Ms. Anthony’s innocence? In addition to all the other “conduct of the accused”...

Are you aware that the fingerprints on that evidence would be circumstantial? As is DNA. Lots of things that we consider proof are included in the list of circumstantial evidence.
Something about an error in the program used to find the searches for chloroform. He has brought it up before, wanted the prosecutor to admit in front of jury that that evidence is bad. Didn’t happen.

No, I don’t believe pornographers killed Caylee but you will have a lot of women who will defend literally anything bad a woman has done (as Wendy Murphy routinely does) by vilifying others most usually a man (like George Anthony was vilified).
I was only speaking to the fact that after viewing the high chair video (you’ve probably seen clips of it if you watch Nancy Grace) I do believe Casey was contemplating using the child to make porn money. The last thing Casey was considering was actually working for a living even though she loved spending money.
They always say Dr. baden’s wife was once on the defense team.
Anyway, like Justice Clarence Thomas, he cant be judged by actions of his wife.

But, if you have doubt of her innocence, you have doubt of her guilt.
You willing to hang her upside down, and slit her throat, with your doubts?
Because that is what a guilty verdict does. Picture it. A 22-yo kid, hanging from the gallows, throat slit. On your doubt.

He is on just about every show backing up HIS WIFE who was on the defense team. So, ,yes, I can connect the two of them. It is not anything like Judge Thomas and his wife.
