There are also sure to be courtroom fireworks as the State gives it rebuttal and the case is expected to be sent to the jury.
Court is starting early today at 8:30 a.m.
The countdown for justice for Caylee begins.
I believe George has, but Cindy wants justice but is torn between justice for Caylee and being accused of not loving her daughter.
I don’t excuse Cindy, but I think she is the type that hates to think her daughter is who she is and that maybe a little of it might be her fault. Cindy seems like a perfectionist that wants people to look at her and see perfect. To her, this whole thing has ripped her little world to shreds. You could see that by her reaction to media very early on in this ordeal.
As someone said earlier, there are no winners here. Everyone loses and life will never be the same for anyone that is involved.
Admit to not knowing, not being informed and save your definitive pronouncements of outcome, since you are largely ignorant of the evidence/testimony in this case.

Casey was declared indigent, so the people of Florida are paying for her defense. I saw somewhere that he got $89,000 so far, but I do not know if that is true.

I don't know but that's a good point. Somehow I don't think she'll feel very safe no matter where she is. Those of her ilk are not liked even among the prison populace.

My sister moved from Florida to New York state and used her version of bless your heart several times due to the rudeness of some people. They never knew they had been told to go to he'll.
Oh, I meant to add- he’s not court appointed. Someone in jail recommended him. Her family wanted her to fire him because he’s so shady. But she refused.

But there’s no EVIDENCE that this man raped his daughter. Absolutely NONE. Baez/My Cousin Vinny - who accused Lee Anthony of molestation - praised him in the final summation! How crazy is that?
I wish some of the people who defend Casey would put forth some cogent arguments.
No she wasn’t... She expressed venom for Scott Peterson and I think mainly because there was a baby involved also in the death of Lacy
Just so you know, a jurist is a judge. A juror is a member of the jury.
Casey isn’t totally cold here. She used chloroform to knock her daughter out so she would not have to look in the eyes of her daughter and have her daughter know her mother was killing her. It made Casey feel better about it.
So...she knocked her out and applied the duct tape knowing she would never wake up and Caylee would not know Mommy did it.
Probably be incarcerated at either Lowell or Broward.
I don’t have children either but I would fry her *ss in a heartbeat. We treat our little doggies better than she treated her precious little DAUGHTER.
FOX needs to update their entire “expert” panel, whether on justice issues or on politics.
Their current talking heads are very stale—way beyond their “Use By” date.
