There are also sure to be courtroom fireworks as the State gives it rebuttal and the case is expected to be sent to the jury.
Court is starting early today at 8:30 a.m.

I think I'm safe for tomorrow.
I suspected Casey would have a bit of jealousy for her Cindy basically showing her up in her attention to Caley......but was surprised the high degree of jealousy she directed toward her own daughter.
Jealousy within an individual can fester only for so long before it manifests itself. I do believe Casey “snuffed” out her daughter in order to regain the attention of the family and that of her boyfriends, which didn’t seem too keen on little Casey being part of the package.
No matter how the picture is painted....getting Caley out of it would solve all her problems in her thinking. She made her decision and carried it out. Complete with oodles of backup stories to carry the day.
Course none of it’s going to work to free her....but she may even have anticipated that.. and content to pay the price of a jail sentence...again believing in the long run she’ll do alright once the dust settles and she’s out.
Trouble is that may very well happen..... Prayerfully God will step into the jury room and impact the hearts and minds there.......and Justice will be done.

A thought struck me. In the OJ case, the jurors really didn't understand forensics or DNA and he got off. In this case, I'm afraid the jurors are so used to CSI tv, that they're looking for more forensics so they'll give her a reduced verdict. Just thinking out loud...
You really need to stop pulling the racist card.....and remove your blinders to see that you are doing just that.
You also need to consider this Judge was the replacement for another who began these proceedings...it has nothing whatsoever to do with race and you are making it that...nobody in that courtroom is....and Attorney's who know well this judge have utmost respect for his findings and reputation in court cases......Were you also there for OJ's trial saying the same thing of his trial? his color and his Judge?
The trial is over...the Jury is out...the decision is on the way, if or not she is guilty by a group of twelve individuals....all ages..black and white....and You can boo-hoo all you want about the media and such...that's life and how they are... like it or not.
What is most frightening are people as yourself who fail so miserably to understand the realities of how things work even when others attempt to inform you.
We recognize that in real life you do with what you have been given...be grateful... and make the best of it...and if possible you change what is in your ability to change.
If you're intentions were to change minds you've done nothing whatsoever to present evidence to sway those minds... other than to claim someone is innocent until proved guilty....as if people aren't aware of this...and further bark about the nationalities and color of peoples skin.
In the real world that would not cut it anymore than it has on this thread.....

When I heard Christine start to sob over if 'something happened to Caley' and how it would, (and was at that moment) affecting her, then most people would have shared that moment of heartache with Christine...especially since it for Casey's own daughter...and Christine was someone who she apparently did feel free to share and talk with.
Instead she unloaded what a mistake it was to call the family! Stunning disregard for Christine....and her family who were trying so very hard to get to the truth of where Casey was throughout that phone call.
Some have said psychologists will be studying this case.... I'm certain many are watching and will be using this trial as one of many examples of just how depraved the inner workings of individuals as Casey are....and that while shifting persona's to fit whatever environment they are in.
That tape was chilling to be sure, but also very revealing of just how Casey operates.
Perhaps that in addition to the Defense liked to call the forensics basically voo-doo science....and implied that several times..... Their quiver was so far out of arrows missing their targets they had nothing else to do but throw mud.
You should know and understand that some crimes are just too henous, too unthinkable for the public to obsorb, let alone the Attorneys, Judges, and Jurors who oversee them....that was one of them. Just as the Dalimer trial was... which we only saw glimpses of for the most part...and certainly the gruesome details were filtered..also for the most part.
But you've entirely 'missed the point' of the media attention to this trial. It was never about Casey in the beginning....it was 'all' about...A MISSING 3 yr.old CHILD called, Caley...from the beginning there was an urgency to get that media attention as she'd been missing for a month! Of course the media's going to get on it, and quickly, and it did just that.
Now step back and think.... The public and the media have interest in cases of missing children...the more media the more chances of finding a child...you should know this as well. They can't do them all but the very urgency of this case drew the rightful attention.
Caley missing had the 'nations' attention...as did the family who were determined, WITH THE MEDIA'S HELP, she would be found....that was until the attention went to Casey being suspect. The media was already going 'full boar' BEFORE Casey was the issue...
so your arguement about the media just flatlined...

Example 2. When her father picked Casey’s smelly car up...the man there said the car smelled like one other he had there before...when a man had committed suicide.

Sociopaths create their own reality, and in this instance, Casey’s world did not include her daughter..
A sociopath always views his or her problems as stemming from flaws in others, rather than taking responsibility for his or her own issues and the havoc they have created.
As a sociopath, Casey wants to control her own destiny and create her own reality, abhorring any form of criticism or denigration. At some point, she might experience feelings of depression. These feelings would not be because her daughter is missing or dead, but because she lacks the freedom she craves. Having been arrested and accused, she is no longer in charge of her own fate, and for a sociopath, who values freedom more than anything else, that is devastating.
Interestingly, sociopaths like Casey will expect others to attempt to belittle or use them......At times, the sociopath will willingly act in such a manner as to induce others to legitimately respond in a hostile or angry manner....Casey has repeatedly demonstrated this with her continued lying, lack of sadness about her daughter’s disappearance, and few displays of emotions related to the fact that her daughter Caylee is missing or dead. Listening to the taped interviews, one can easily discern that Casey expresses almost no emotion when discussing her daughter’s disappearance
Sociopaths are incapable of remaining in love, or of even selflessly loving anyone.....
Their sex lives are most often impersonal and chaotic, and frequently they are bisexual. There is in them an emptiness, a coldness, a disconnection from others and themselves. Casey is incapable of truly understanding how much others can be made to suffer as a result of her behavior. It does not compute.
A sociopath’s motto is: Competition is king, survival the agenda, and no one is ever, ever, ever to be trusted. A sociopath’s mantra: “Do unto others before they do unto you.”
