Nine welfare recipients collecting $ 1500 each.

You might want to do some homwork. Conservatives need to be better prepared when presenting an argument.

This guy's surviving family will have X dollars to share. My SIL died of breast cancer last year. In her case, SSI is limited to $1,800 monthly for surving spouse AND children. My brother waived getting any portion because that means their daughters would get less. And since that $1800 is based on her payroll contributions over 20 years, that 25 year old in this story is very unlikely to be eligible for that amount. So your $1500 per surviving family member is probably far from accurate. Just saying, we need to present accurate facts rather than post something far off target that could be relayed on and on. Please remember that you may influence the opinion of others less likely to do their own research.

Do my homework? I have the newspaper article, from the Montgomery Advertiser dated 7 Feb. 2011. The entrepreneur(drug pusher), alias “Flair” died of gunshot wounds on Martin Luther King Blvd. You think $1500. is too high? Now add food stamps, free medical, free school lunches, on and on and on. If it was one family, you would be correct. But there is a great chance that all 9 children are from 9 different mothers, different towns, in 8 surrounding counties. Here you have 9 mothers going to multiple State welfare offices looking for help, and what I’m saying is they are going to get it. They know the system, Oh and “Flair” has 8 brothers and 5 sisters.
