Oops- that woke Yoda up.

Yoda should reprimand the prosecution attorney for the smirk on his face and the smiling/laughing.
He had a sign that said ‘watch your facial expression’ after all.

I just ran it back on the DVR and Ashton was sitting abck with his hand covering his entire mouth and a little bit of his nose. His facial expression was blank, almost bored until Baez uttered the phrase, "smilin guy". At that point, Ashton jumped up and objected.

Right before this incident, Ashton looked bored. The only time I've seen any facial expression from Ashton today was when Baez mad a "cut the cheese" joke (during a death penalty trial summation???), for which Ashton was reprimanded.
