Well hopefully when you are a juror in a trial, the prosecution has a video of the killer in the act. LOL
If there is not enough proof in this case there will never, ever be enough proof. The only question is, "Should she get the needle, or life in prison"? Either one works for me.

I agree. Speaking as someone who has been in law enforcement for twenty five years, I think she definitely did it and I think the totality of all the circumstantial evidence proved it.

If, as it appears, she killed Caylee so she could be free to party, I think a life sentence without parole is actually better than the needle. She will be in prison watching herself turn old, gray and wrinkled, well after Caylee would have reached maturity. I would think that a harsher sentence for a narcissist.
