Good Morning to all. Closing Arguments are today.
I apologize in advance if you were either left off today's ping list or included in error. I am not at home and forgot to forward my pinglist to my friend's house, so I've had to check some older threads and reconstruct as many names as possible. If I missed you I'm sorry.
I probably won't be able to post much on this thread, but after I am home I will keep my ear to the television/radio for the jury decision, and will ping again when I hear so we can have a discussion thread.
Let me know if you want on or off the ping list.
Not only is he going over the same stuff again but the judge will be instructing the jurors in these same things, too. If I were a juror I’d be fuming.

I have a large party going on today and they did not follow the trial.The way Baez closed they thought she was innocent.

Maybe it’s good that Baez and Mason are antagonizing the jury today.
If I were the jury, I’d be thinking “They’ve wasted enough of our time!” and bring in a very quick verdict. GUILTY as charged.
I saw that, too. I don't know how that is even possible. Legally speaking if a father is alive he has rights until a court removes them. If there are other grandparents, in many states they also have rights that are independent of their children. I think Cindy was BS'ing again. That was the point in the show where she was mumbling and rambling and saying way more about Caylee's "dead" daddy than was necessary. Can't believe a word the woman says and prior to the FBI test I really believe the whole family believed Lee *could* be the daddy.
The spectators are nodding off, one by one.
