, not everyone has to drive, and thus, a citizen could opt not to purchase car insurance by simply deciding not to drive a vehicle. In the ObamaCare world, however, no citizen can ‘opt out.’

I heard that the Obama response to this is that they are not going to require poor people to purchase Obamacare. So anyone can opt out by becoming poor. I heard the soundbite on Rush.

So anyone can opt out by becoming poor.

So establish a trust that owns all your assets with you as the beneficiary and sole trustee. Then, Bingo, you're "poor".
