I'm having a hard time "digesting" THIS one (of many on a photo page)

This little girl has apparently been doing this a while, judging from the many photo's of her.

They ALL show a skinny girl (apparently the same day) with a trophy and NO SIGN of having eaten enough hotdogs that would fill an inflated basketball.

OK, she pukes them out ... but still ....
