The jury wasn't dismissed for the day, was it?

Dismissed subject to call. Perry is going to allow Baez to depose the witness(es), but he asked for the report FIRST. I think he and his law clerks will pore over the report immediately and hone in on the brain matter section, and God help Baez if it's right in there as Ashton says. Baez will have hell to pay.

So the short answer to your question is, it all depends on how long it takes Baez to depose the witness. Something tells me it will be a very, very SHORT deposition and they'll be back in today (if Baez knows what is good for him). Judge Perry is ticked off enough with the delays.
