Maybe this is the start and by Dec. 21, 2012 it’ll all be over. Maybe that’s what the Mayan’s were saying. Or maybe they just got tired of working on calendars.

I have always wondered how “ruins” end up under 10 feat of dirt. Where did the people go and why weren’t they doing some house cleaning.

Check out what real scholars say about the Mayan calendar. It isn't an 'end of the world' prediction, it is simply rolling over in a period like December 31-Jan 1 starts a new year. All Dec 21st is when we start over in the constellations.
