The pen can draw grids of conductors — active elements still have to be stuck to the paper somehow. If a combination of inks could be made to draw a transistor, that could lead to some geekily interesting projects, like “macroprocessors” the size of posters. Or a television set whose works are framed as what looks like abstract art next to the display itself.
