I think it’s a race for the playmates to be the last playmate to be with Hef (and be married to him without a prenup) once he keels over to get the cash. And then after the wedding she finds out that there is no cash, that all his assets are either in trusts, or in annuities that stop upon his death.
I'm sure after all these years Hef can write a good book on how to deal with gold diggers.
