Actually, I kind of saw the second Transformers movie as a slap at the Obama admin.

In the first movie, when Bush was still in office, the government recognized the threat of the Decepticons and helped fight against them.

But in the second movie, they added that character who was supposed to be the National Security Advisor to Obama, and he acted like a whiny punk the whole time. He also used typically left-wing, anti-war arguments to explain why the Autobots should leave.

maybe I’ll give it a second look. Why must this man be in everything? Sports, movies, Mythbusters, the list goes on and on!

And some reviewers gave the second movie very poor reviews, purely on political grounds. It went on to do very well at the box office.

This might be the movie company's way of sucking up this time.
