I view that as a “sort-of” apology.
There are some real flakes in government that he would never dare use that word with, and they start at the top. Biden is a perfect example, but Wallace would never say it to him.
On the other hand, I began to gain respect for Chris Wallace when he said on air that Teresa Heinz Kerry reminded him of Eva Peron. So I give him some slack on this one.
