Can you be more specific? A search through the addons for “DownloadHelper” resulted in many choices.

Go to JerseyHighlander's post #18 and click on the DownloadHelper link. It takes you to the appropriate web page. In the second paragraph under "Welcome to DownloadHelper", you'll see the linked words "Install the Extension!". Good luck.
