Some people have a problem with them because they don't take a firm stand on social issues. But that's not what they do well. It is better to remain silent on what you don't do well and leave voters to review what pro-life, pro-gun or other socially conservative groups say about whichever issues are important to them.
CFG is the best go to group on the principles of economic conservatism.
I did not see anything about Romney’s other internationalist activism like supporting replacing the Republic with the North Amercian Union which would replace the Republic with a UN regional government like the EU and nothing on his desire to erase the concept of citizenship with amnesty for any and all invaders who see fit to cross the border and squat in the Nation.
What about his support of UN global warming treaties and UN taxation? Does he support all the foreign aid America is pouring out? What is his energy policy? Will he drill America’s oil and who will control and operate that drilling - how will it benefit America rather than global corporations and foreign governments? How about Obama’s plan to rebuild Libya and pour our money into Egypt? What is his foreign policy? Does he think the UN has the power to control and authority US wars like Obama does?
These are no more social issues than is global trade. These are powerful globalist desires and issues and could have the effect of kicking the legs out from under the Nation and our constitution.
I am not addressing this to you as if you hold the answer. I am just expressing very important issues no one seems to cover on candidates anymore.
