seriously is the a Dr. Ukelele in Hawaii? From what i've read, Yes. I've seen at least one other birth certificate signed by U.K.lele. (or however it is spelled.) Interestingly enough, he was supposedly the registrar from the Wahiwah district, not Honolulu. Just another item to garner suspicion.
