Introducing you to two little brothers, Spencer & Bryton, who were born with similar birth defects, which could seriously effect their future health & their quality of daily living. You can read about the specifics of their medical issues here:

The great news is that their medical issues *can* be treated, though this will cost the Pratt family quite a bit of money. The boys are currently scheduled to travel to Boston in July where they will both have the needed surgeries.
