Puh-leeze! Pac10 and West coast teams have dominated the College World Series, including my beloved Oregon State Beaver's back-to-back in 2006-2007.

The weather doesn't get warm enough in March/April/May for schools in the North to play baseball very well. You never see many Big-10, Big-8, or Big-East Teams in the NCAA Baseball Tournament.

College Baseball has always been dominated by the South Eastern, Southwest(no longer around), and PAC-10 Conferences. The exception in the Big-8 is Texas which is always a powerhouse. Texas is also the warmest state in the Big-8. The ACC ought to be better with Miami and Florida State but Virginia is the best team this year and it's not all that warm there.
