HOUSTON A West Point cadet is speaking out about an incident at Houstons Bush International Airport involving R&B singer Patti LaBelle.
Houston native Richard King claims he was attacked while waiting for his family to pick him up outside the airport terminal.
I had no idea who Patti LaBelle was until this incident, King said.
Surveillance cameras captured parts of what happened.
I was on the phone and thats all I remember. I remember waking up the next day with staples in my head, King said.
King was pushed into a concrete pole by LaBelles bodyguards and when he tried to stand up, he was unable to do so.
According to the police report, witnesses told investigators King threw the first punch.
On the surveillance video, King is seen talking on the phone before the altercation.

He’s a victim of being white and beaten up by 3 HUGE black men! Ridiculous!
>>It’s hard to say what exactly happened, but it may be related to questioning in the LaBelle incident. He may have been shown to have made a false statement. <<
You don’t know that, and to speculate that, is pointless.
Of course. And the white celebrity would have to make unlimited apology statements while the talking heads in the media declared their career dead and over due to the incident. Meanwhile, Ms. LaBelle will be seen as a “Legendary Diva”.
I think you hit the nail on the head, that he was disrespecting people who are in a protected class by the DOJ.
Not to argue, but West Point statement said Honor Violation. Considering that the dismissal came on the heals of the LaBelle incident there’s not a whole lot of alternate explanations.
Then he does have a case IMO.
What do you expect if they don't allow self-defense to soldiers in a war zone, unless an attorney for Taliban gives permission?
Another affie-on-whitey hate crime that goes unreported and unpunished.

Not to argue, but you are pulling it out of thin air. Maybe they went all PC and they dismissed him for being in the path of the fists of “Holder’s People.”
That is EVERY BIT as credible, and actually, more likely.
U.S. Military Academy Statement
from Lt. Col. Sherri Reed, Director of Public Affairs
June 8
The U.S. Military Academy completed a thorough investigation regarding the incident that occurred at the Houston Airport on March 11, 2011, involving Cadet Richard King. Following this investigation, the Academy chain of command took appropriate administrative action in accordance with Army Regulation 210-26.
At this time, the specific details of Cadet Kings case are protected by the Privacy Act, and are therefore not releasable.
Cadets who are placed on a suspended separation status (similar to probation in the civilian judicial system) for an honor violation or an act of misconduct are required to meet a number of conditions in order to continue at the Academy. Failure to meet this condition results in separation from the Academy.
Cadets who are separated from the Academy after the beginning of their junior year are typically obligated to either pay back the cost of their education or serve on active duty as a specialist (E-4) in the Army for a period of three years.
Additionally, the Superintendent may recommend separated cadets to participate in the Academy Mentorship Program. A cadet who participates in the AMP may apply for readmission to the Academy after serving eight to twelve months of active duty service. The decision regarding readmission is based on their complete record at West Point and successful performance as a Soldier while on enlisted duty.
West Point trains, educates, and inspires future leaders of the U.S. Army and Nation, in keeping with the highest traditions of professional military service.
Hopefully when King goes back to West Point the Pretender in Chief will no longer be in office.
As for Houston Police Department, I now have as much respect for them as I do for Minneapolis PD. The K-Mart incident was not isolated, it was just an indication of the professionalism of HPD going back down the toilet. The hard work of Sam Nuchia was all for naught.
So where’s the part about “making a false statement”? You left that part out.
This story has been floating around for a while now and Ive yet to see very much mainstream media coverage of it.
Can you imagine if a white has been,Joan Collins for example, flanked by an all white entourage assailed a unsuspecting young black man for being too close to her luggage.
That's what I said on another thread, and used Ted Nugent as an example, since he is a known conservative and would catch flak that a white lib might avoid.
Didn’t she have some hit records back in the ‘70s???
I recognize the name, but wouldn’t recognize her if I saw her.
Same here! I do not even know if she black, white, or whatever?
Interesting that he's out, but they can't say why...
As Obama would say, “The police acted stupidly”.
The very worst part is how fast the PC creeps at West Point shafted their own cadet.
