I am downtown Dallas tonight at the Magnolia hotel. Lots of car horns an cheering. But no gun fire or car fires for that matter. Sounds like a college town outside.

Yes, like the night before the Texas-OU game. A civil courteous supportive affair - no one Riots properly in Dallas, Riot is a skill never developed by the genteel fans. Kudos for the Mavs win (and I’m in Houston).

Its the clinging to God and guns thing.
Rioting would be guaranteed not to end well (from a rioter's POV) in most of Texas.
Maybe they could try Huston or Austen.
