I just pay the insurance, I don’t make the rules and they won’t write it if those dogs live there. I have no intention of paying a lot more to change my insurance policy to include them. PLUS I don’t want big dogs in my rental. It’s nice, completely remodeled. The lease says ONE dog under 45 pounds. They don’t like it, don’t rent it. Now I am throwing them out and imagine this... they can’t find a single person that will rent to them with those 2 Pits and they are freaking out.
I guess they would live on the streets with their 3 kids rather than get rid of their dogs. I couldn’t care less. They broke the terms of the lease PLUS now I am hearing from the neighbors that they may have also had a litter there. I am LIVID!
