Yep... not the dog. The owner. We've got five dogs at the moment. TWO are herd protection dogs (Great Pyrenees) which stay with the goats down the hill. They're very even and stable, and give lots of warning when they don't like somebody. Up closer to the house we've got two Rat Terriers and a Doberman. The Doberman barks at EVERYTHING but just wants to play. The largest of the two Rat Terriers just wants to be friends with everybody. The smallest, CUTEST Rat Terrier is the one to watch out for. She's fine with us. But she's bitten everybody and everything that's ever messed with her. We would have gotten rid of her because we don't like dogs that bite... even little bitty ones like her. But her and the other are very good about keeping critters out of the garden. :-)
Wow, five dogs! That’s a whole lot of love you have there.
The closest thing I have to a dog is Miss Hissy Slashy. Hubby swears that she was raised by wolves, and he calls her “Dog Cat.”
She woke me up with a head bonk this morning, and then she went bounding out to the food bowls. Has me trained, she does.
