I followed all the instructions, this time no conflict message popped up. logged off IE started Firefox, went to youtube to check, and still have the problem...

Make sure your Fire Fox is version 4. Here is the link.

Here is the Non Internet Explorer version of Firefox 64 Bit addition. They look the same. I have feeling you have the wrong addition. Initially (when you first get a computer) its easy to get the wrong version. Save it to your Desktop, and close all Firefox and any other Browsers that are open. Then install the Flash Player. Here is the link.

Just Click on the Top Right (Just to the right of the Green Box “Download Latest Version” 2.94MB.

This should work. If it does not, then go to the previous post and install Secunia PSI. It will keep all your programs up to date, patches, etc... Just Run it. Scan your system and it will tell you what is missing and will fix it.
