the last we heard from the Insider he was saying that no one had the stomach any more for whatever it was he had been alluding to previously. that was post bin laden bump period. now looks like the winds have changed yet again and i was just yesterday wishing to hear from the Insider on how that it was looking!

call me insane, but i am getting up in the middle of the night to drive to King of Prussia, PA tomorrow AM for the Lilly Pulitzer warehouse sale at the Valley Forge convention center. I promised xsteen a year ago we could do this. xssoph, newly on her summer break, is not interested in getting up at odarkthirty, so it will just be the two of us. Doors open at 7 am, but no way can we get there for that.
drive on out at o’dark thirty and do it. I was on the road about then on Thursday....spent most of the day on the road. I am sick of my car now.

it’s 160 miles, so about 2.5 hours or so. should be no traffic on the way up. won’t even be a starbucks open at 4 am!
used to be you could find them at TJMaxx or Marshalls but that seems to have dried up in the past few years. Then our local lilly store has a clearance sale usually in Oct-Nov. xshub has actually gone for her when xssoph and i were down in Dallas visiting her during the sale a few years back. there are a few loving dads who will go and scoop up some deals with their daughters printouts in hand!

Why not leave tonight, stay at a hotel in Valley Forge...?
