Well, his cape isn’t exactly a cape.
It is tangible solid seeming illusion.
Reality is, he’s not really wearing a cape.
It sorta appears and disappears.
When it appears, it slowly forms, looking as it does in the second image.

Good thing about Marine boot camp is that they never put you through that torment again.
Other services, well..
If you swap from Navy to Army they make you do boot camp all over again.

Yeah... more muscle, that's what I need. :-|
19" arms and a 52" chest on a 5' 10" frame looks weird enough already.
Trying to lean up a bit. Deep chest and broad shoulders are ok, but my mid-section needs to be thinned out...
One really big mistake I made when lifting heavy was doing situps on a decline bench with a pair of Olympic 45's held across my chest. Made my midsection stronger for doing heavy lifts, but also beefed up the belly... Which I REALLY didn't need.
Haven't lifted heavy since we moved back up here. Not at all in the last year. Put on a bit of flab that I now need to lose.
At least Billy Blanks doesn't make me wanna kill people like the Jane Fonda videos seem to do...

Well, with the onset of Baby Three, I hardly think your libido is in question! LOL!
However, exercise is good, and walking (swimming) are excellent ways to keep the fat away from your door.
(Don’t give up anything important, like Captain Morgan and Guinness...)

At my max I weighed 135.
The missus complained.
I got mono in 1997, dropped weight l;ike a rock to 110 if I was lucky.
Just recently started gaining weight above 110.
But... I’m going to be doing computer IT stuff.
What a change, artillery to computer IT.
